We Serve All 75 Arkansas Counties
No matter where you are in the Natural State, Energy Future Arkansas has a team ready to help you transition to clean energy.
Regional Coverage Areas
Energy Future Arkansas maintains dedicated installation crews across four regional zones to ensure we can serve every corner of the state efficiently. Each regional team includes NABCEP-certified project managers, licensed electricians, and experienced installation technicians who know the local building codes, utility interconnection requirements, and permitting processes specific to their area.
Central Arkansas
Little Rock, Conway, Hot Springs, Benton, Bryant, Cabot, Jacksonville, Searcy, and surrounding communities. Our headquarters and largest installation team are based here, offering the fastest scheduling availability.
Northwest Arkansas
Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fort Smith, Siloam Springs, Harrison, and the surrounding Ozark region. This rapidly growing market has become our second-largest service area with a dedicated team of eight installers.
Northeast Arkansas
Jonesboro, Paragould, Batesville, Mountain Home, West Memphis, Blytheville, and the Arkansas Delta region. Our Northeast team specializes in both residential rooftop and agricultural ground-mount solar installations common in this part of the state.
Southern Arkansas
Texarkana, El Dorado, Pine Bluff, Camden, Magnolia, Hope, Arkadelphia, and surrounding areas. Our Southern Arkansas team works closely with rural electric cooperatives that serve many communities in this region.
Why Location Matters for Solar
Arkansas receives an average of 5.0 peak sun hours per day, making it an excellent state for solar energy production. However, factors like local utility rates, net metering policies, building codes, and homeowner association rules vary by county and municipality. Our regional teams understand these local variables and factor them into every system design.
When you work with Energy Future Arkansas, you get a team that knows your local utility company, has relationships with your county permitting office, and understands the specific incentives available in your area. This local expertise translates to faster permitting, smoother inspections, and systems optimized for your exact location.
We handle all permitting, utility interconnection applications, and inspection coordination regardless of your county. Our average permitting timeline is just 5 to 10 business days across most Arkansas jurisdictions, and we have established working relationships with every major utility provider in the state, including Entergy Arkansas, Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, and the numerous municipal utilities that serve smaller communities.
Whether you live in downtown Little Rock or on a 200-acre farm in rural Izard County, our team has the experience and infrastructure to deliver a professional solar installation with the same level of quality, warranty protection, and ongoing support. Contact us today to find out which regional team serves your area and schedule your free on-site consultation.

We guarantee a response within 24 hours for all inquiries submitted through our website, email, or phone. Most inquiries receive a response within 2 to 4 business hours during our regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM). If you call during business hours, a real team member will answer your call directly — we do not use automated phone systems or voicemail trees. Yes, absolutely. Every initial consultation, site assessment, and project estimate is completely free with no obligation. This includes an on-site visit to evaluate your roof condition, shading, electrical panel, and energy usage patterns. You will receive a detailed written proposal with system specifications, projected energy production, cost breakdown, available incentives, and financing options — all at no cost to you. There is never any pressure to commit, and our estimates remain valid for 60 days so you have time to make an informed decision. We believe that transparent, no-cost consultations are the right way to build trust with our customers.
During your initial consultation, one of our NABCEP-certified energy advisors will visit your property for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. They will review your past 12 months of utility bills to understand your energy consumption patterns, inspect your roof condition and orientation using professional measurement tools, assess shading from nearby trees or structures throughout the day, evaluate your electrical panel capacity and determine if an upgrade is needed, discuss your energy goals, timeline, and budget, and answer all of your questions about solar, battery storage, or energy efficiency options. Within 3 to 5 business days after your consultation, you will receive a customized proposal with multiple system options tailored to your specific situation, along with detailed financial projections showing your expected savings, payback period, and return on investment.
